Organic Garlic Pasta Sauce
Garlic lovers, this recipe is for you!
Today, I'm sharing my most beloved sauce! It's creamy, easy to make & pair with what you already have at home. You'll find this classic recipe below.

High Vibe Ingredients:
-Organic Garlic 3/4 Large Garlic Cloves Minced
-Garlic Presser (this tool grates the garlic for you! Grate garlic in seconds!)
-2 Tbl Unsalted Grass-fed Pasture-raised Butter (This butter is minimally processed, which will contain many nutrients your body needs.)
-Celtic Salt To Taste
-1/3 Cup of Organic Heavy Whipping Cream (for the highest quality use Raw Cream if its available to you or one that's pasture-raised. You'll create a more nutrient dense sauce with that)
-1.5 Tbl of Cassava Flour
-Pair Sauce with your favorite gluten-free noodles. My current favorite are by the brand Taste Republic.
Let's Cook:
In a medium pan bring heat up to medium ( if you're using a flame heat should be set at low). Once pan is warm add your butter. Allow butter to warm for a minute then add the minced garlic. Sautee garlic & butter for 3 minutes. It will get nice and bubbly!
Now, add your heavy cream and cassava flour and let that warm up. Watch as it gets bubbly & thickens. The sauce should bubble for 4 minutes during this time please stir occasionally, this allows all the flavors all to combined and thicken.
Turn heat off and add celtic salt to taste. I prefer two small pinches.
Serve sauce while it's hot.
This sauce taste incredible with all pasta dishes!
